This past Saturday your USC Trojan Navy took on six very quick local colleges at the Head of the Harbor in the Port of Los Angeles. The weather was wild and the crews were challenged by rain and wind as they raced a 4,500m sprint.

Orange Coast College, Ucla, UC Irvine, Cal State Long Beach, UC Santa Barbara all participated in the varsity and novice races, with a few schools bring A and B crews for both levels. This past weekend the University of Southern California Men’s Crew raced in the 2010 Newport Autumn Rowing Festival (NARF) in Newport Beach, CA. NARF is one of the West Coast’s largest fall regattas, attracting dozens of California’s fastest crews including Cal, Stanford, Orange Coast College, UC Davis, and UC San Diego.
