In addition to adding the Henley Royal Regatta to the schedule, a number of changes were made to the Trojan Navy's Spring Racing Calendar that parents and alumni are asked to take note of.

"Our dual race with ucla has been brought forward to the beginning of the season to Sunday, March 28," reports team captain Blair Jones. This is bound to be an exciting event for everyone. It has been over a decade since the two varsity crews raced each other in San Pedro."

Jones also reports that "The Oarsman's Banquet" for all alums, parents and friends of USC Men's Crew will now be held on Saturday, May 1st. The location will remain as previously announced at the Ports O'Call restaurant in San Pedro.

Jones said that people wishing to attend "The Oarsman's Banquet" should mail their checks into the Crew Office immediately to avoid disappointment as last year's event was completely sold out.
